Today (Thursday 25th Feb) saw our second edition of our Public Speaking events for the week. This time it was Year 3 and 4 children's time to shine and they certainly wowed us with their speeches. Again, the judges had a remarkably difficult job on the hands to choose a top three, such was the high standard of speeches. The winners were Oliver Edwards (3rd), Brody Thomas (2nd) and Emily Cregeen (1st). Emily's speech, about chocolate, was performed with such confidence and maturity and was full of creativity and humour - a deserved winner. Well done to everyone involved - it was certainly the highest standard we have seen in some time!
