Yesterday, Monday 13th July, a squad of almost 50 children competed in the annual Onchan District Sports, taking part in races, Tug O War and a new long distance event. Everyone can be proud of their efforts during the afternoon, competing against Onchan Primary and Cronk Y Berry. There was a wonderful atmosphere on the field, with support for all schools. I'm delighted to confirm that Ashley Hill won the overall event and claimed the Onchan District Sports trophy for the third successive year!
