You may remember that the Thomas family, including Ellie Thomas (Year 5) and her brother Brody, undertook an adventurous challenge during the Easter break. Completing all 97 miles, Brody and Dad, Gary, completed the West Highland Way in Scotland and were overwhelmed by the generous support from people on their Just Giving page. The family raised a total of £1500, a figure that is ring fenced for the Junior Engineers initiative delivered in Year 5 next year. Everyone at Ashley Hill wishes to pass on their thanks to all the family. This morning the family presented the cheque in assembly!
